Representation based on powers of attorney

- general power of attorney
This type of authorization grants the broadest scope of representation, allowing our representative to perform on behalf of the Client all actions considered part of the so-called ordinary course of business. To ensure validity, such a document is always prepared in writing, reflecting all arrangements made and respecting the Client’s specific instructions and limitations as the principal.
- specific (type-based) power of attorney
This authorizes actions of a particular kind within a defined category of matters. For instance, an entrepreneur entering the Polish market may grant us authority to act in real-estate management or to conclude employment contracts on their behalf.
